-A rare find, a nice solid Jensen Interceptor Convertible.
-This car had been sitting a few years, and had only been driven about 1100 miles since 2002.
-Current mileage showing is 16,120.
-This is truly an excellent 16,000 mile, very original car.
-The car has been sitting for a long time so the gas should be changed.
-The car starts very well and idles very smoothly, but the engine stumbles upon acceleration as if the gas is bad.
-The car cruises smoothly and very well, the brakes pull straight and work well, the transmission shifts beautifully and the car feels very tight--again indicative of itst repair.
-Most of the trim is very good.
-BODY- very solid, no signs of collision or rust repair.
-Top is in great shape.
-Headliner is nice too, a little dirt showing, but it is not torn up.
-Electric top pump works though I have not fully lowered the top.
-INTERIOR-Still gorgeous.
-These cars have got to have one of the most nicely appointed interiors ever.
-The leather smells fantastic.
-Wood is very good except as previously noted the veneer is lifting on the bottom on the center dash.
-All gauges seem to function.
-All lights work, turn signals don t always blink, getting better with use.
-Fan blows. All 5 original alloy rims are in good useable shape but need refinished.
-This is a great car that is a little rough in some details, a diamond in the not so rough I would say.
